Phutthasathan Phu Po is a religious site that is home to two ancient reclining Buddha images from the Dvaravati period (6th-13th century), both laboriously carved into a cliff face. The sacred images are highly revered by Kalasin residents and those from nearby provinces. The first image is located at the foothill, while the next is near the hilltop of Phu Po.

Aside from the religious sights, Phu Po also boasts beautiful scenery, perfect for rest and relaxation. An annual ceremony is held every April to pay respect to the images.

Phutthasathan Phu Po is located in the compound of Wat In Prathan Phon in Tambon Phu Po. It is approximately 28 kilometers from Kalasin town. Travel along Highway No. 213 and then at approximately Km. 59, turn left to Ban Chot – Ban Na Chan – Na Khok Khwai for 16 kilometers.
