Science and Environment Center is situated in Uthai Mai Sub-District, Uthai Thani Province. The exhibition in the center is divided into various rooms such as occupational development room, Environmental conservation room, prehistoric human skeleton room, governor’s uniform room, and carved pillar and Thai style house room. The center is opened every day from 8 a.m. to 4.30 p.m. For more information and reservation, please contact (056) 511-511.

To travel to the center, there are many routes available for cars. Also travelling by public bus and train are available. By car, there are many routes from Bangkok to Uthai Thani. The first route is Phaholyothin Road, passing Saraburi, Lopburi, Nakorn Sawan, and Chainat Province. Then cross Chao Phraya River via car ferry at Manorom District. Then pass Wat Thai Sung (Wat Chantaram), Province municipality to Uthai Thani Market. The total distance is about 305 kilometers. The second route is the Public Route No. 32 (Asia Route), pass Ayutthaya, Angthong, Singburi, and Chainat Province. Then turn left at Tha Nam Oi Intersection at km. 206 to the Public Route No. 333. Then cross Chao Phraya River. The distance is about 16 kilometers. Passing the hospital, turn left to Uthai Thani Market. The total distance is about 222 kilometers. The third route is also the Public Route No. 32. Use the route passing Ayutthaya Province. At km. 30, turn left to the Public Route No. 311 which passes Singburi Province and Sapphaya District of Chainat Province. Then turn into the Public Route No. 3183 to Uthai Thani Province. The total distance is 283 kilometers. By public bus, Transport Co., Ltd. offers bus from Bangkok to Uthai Thani every day from 4.30 a.m. to 5.50 p.m. For more information, please call 0 2936 2852-66 or contact Uthai Thani bus terminal at 0 5651 1058, 0 5651 1914, or 0 56512859. Uthai Thani has bus to Nakhon Sawan, Suphan Buri, and Nakhon Pathom Provinces. The other economic way is by train. The terminal of minibus and bus is in the city. There are various bus routes such as Uthai Thani – Nong Chang, Uthai Thani – Wat Sing, Uthai Thani – Baan Rai, Lan Sak – Sawang Arom – Thap Than, and Baan Rai – Klong Haeng.
